This is a kit with pre-cut steps and a central dowel to make a spiral staircase with 16 steps (enough for a staircase from the first to second floor of the 2-Story Room Box French Quarter).
See the photo and links below for an idea by Laura Carson for adding a banister using table legs and wood trim (though the staircase can be used without this addition).
One kit with parts for 16 steps (makes a staircase 9-1/2″ tall, with the final 1/2″ of the 10″ height of the room being the final step). Note: the dowel included is 12″ long, so you can cut to fit or add additional steps from the Extra Steps for Spiral Staircase Kit.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It should also be in the original package.
